The number of free resources for the web site developer abounds. It's just a matter of knowing where to look, and to sort through the offerings in search of the best.
From free space to mount your website, whether, personal or commercial, to submission services to promote it, there is no shortage of tools to get the job done right.
Below are some pulldown menus that are linked to what I believe to be the best of these free resources. I will be adding to this list as time permits and I will assure you that this is not just a mixed bag of links. Each link that I post has been followed, checked and weighed against other offerings. Most are services that I make use of or have at one time.
I'm also collecting links to graphic related sites that offer listing, classifieds and promotional/agent services for freelance graphic artists and publishers. These link lists will continue to grow as I have time to check them. I will never post links to sites that I have not personally checked for content. I'm making a commitment to posting a "garbage free" link zone. Quality, not quantity. If you find a dead link, have suggestions for others, or (God help you) question my choices, drop me a line, or post to my bulletin board forum, above on the left.
